Once you’ve gathered some data, compare it to the business goals. Mhmm… you know I advocate for Goal setting because it’s critical in measuring results!

Who are my posts reaching?
Do the users being reached match our ideal customer profile?
Which online activities had the best response?
Have our social interactions lead followers to ask questions, share contact information or schedule meetings?
Are we getting positive feedback or client reviews?
